What makes us cyclist!

Hey everyone out there in the cycling world i want to know what makes us cyclist. Many people say its the tights and the snazzy jerseys we wear. I don't think so, i think its the way we carry our self. We stand strong as an leaders and we set the example. Sometime we take risk not every person would take . We put miles in on our bike that not everyone would be willing to do. We program our body to wake up at a certain time just to do these unyielding task. So i'm asking you what makes us the cyclist we are today, that goes for fixed gear riders, road cyclist, and triathletes. I am looking forward to your thoughts.

hello today i just came back from my training ride with major motion . I actually enjoyed today i was at Westchester parkway rolling with the group going 37.6 mph. we did 5 laps on the parkway and then at the end we had to sprint. I also went to my friend house and we played viedogames,videojuegos fos the mexicans. I also went to the  movies this past monday to see olympis has fallen. the movie was great and it had alot of action. I lost more weight and i am feeling more healthier. i hope everyone is having a good spring break.

good day i know haven't been on in a while thats because i had a lot of stuff to do over this  past week. first i will like to  start by saying that i did do the CHASEE due espanol class i had lacked 5 credits in my freshman year. Next i will like to say that this up coming weekend i will be doing the Los Angeles marathon cycling crash race at 3 in the morning. Next i will say that i will be going to Pepper dine california over saturday for a climb challenge with my team. Next last weekend i found a guy who cycles and he wore the same jearsy as me. I found it kind of shocking on the way back i seen my team 5 miles ahead of me and my friend kevin had made a deal to go and catch the group going 30 miles an hour. Next was when we got back to the lot we had agreed that the ride was long but fast. Secondly i wanted to say that i have been training for the race every since last year due to the fact that i love cycling.

Good day today another good day. This day i'm am working on prepping  myself for the sat and the united states air force BMI test. i'v been working on getting ready for this test by taking steps toward. I first start off with my training ride because it gets my blood running in the body. Secondly i go to cal state dominguez to train with my group starting on march 13 i will be resuming  my weekday training rides with the group. these rides will consist of me going at a very fast pace so that i can build  my speed level up. Next is that i'm trying to contact the air force recruiter. The air force recruter haven't contacted me back so i am waiting. next is this saturday i am biking to Chevy Chase. This ride is another climb. I am going to try to speed up to 30mph. To conclude this one i am also going to go and bike from the ladera center to my house which will give my ride a total tobe 70.3 miles.

Good day today was another great day. I found out that the united states air force stem recruit contacted me. In this case he wanted me to contact him reguarding the program. I had tried to call him but my phone keep losing signal. Other words over the weekend i had went cycling to turn bull canyon in . I had caught a flat on my way up but i manage to fix the flat in a split second. My friend kevin a former racer for major motion had fixed my flat in a split second. Next was the sprint, the sprint was really fast for me i was going 24.0 mile on the Los angeles san gabriel bike path. My friend scott a former united states air force academy staff sergeant. He is usally the fastest person on the team but this time i was pulling him on the bike path. Then came the climb the climb i was going up pretty fast. when i got to the top i had then went back down to help my other cycling friends go up the hill. The next thing is that i went down hill. This was pretty fast, i was going 52.9 mph going down hill. I found that although i was going down hill at that paste i recongnized that it was worth it to the max. Man was that a fun weekend.
